The Board of Directors

CONPET S.A. is administered, in a unitary system, by a Board of Directors consisting of 7 (seven) administrators.

The current composition of the Board of Directors of the company is established by the Resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 4/ 18.08.2023 and Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 4/ 26.09.2025.

The term of mandate of the administrators is of 4 years (mandate start date 22.08.2023; mandate end date: 21.08.2027), following the completion of the recruitment and selection procedure carried out by the Supervisory Public Authority Ministry of Energy according to G.E.O. no. 109/ 2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises and their appointment by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

The duration of mandate of the provisional administrator of the Board of Directors, elected by OGMS Resolution no. 4/ 26.09.2025 is of 2 months, namely starting 29.09.2025 until 28.11.2025, inclusive of.
