The Board of Directors

CONPET S.A. is administered, in a unitary system, by a Board of Directors consisting of 7 (seven) administrators.

The current composition of the Board of Directors of the company is established by the Resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 4/ 18.08.2023 and Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders no. 6/ 14.11.2025.

The term of mandate of the administrators is of 4 years (mandate start date 22.08.2023; mandate end date: 21.08.2027), following the completion of the recruitment and selection procedure carried out by the Supervisory Public Authority Ministry of Energy according to G.E.O. no. 109/ 2011 on the corporate governance of public enterprises and their appointment by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
The mandate duration of the administrator elected by OGMS Resolution no. 6/14.11.2025, following the completion of the recruitment and selection process according to the Government Ordinance no. 109/ 2011, lasts until the end of the mandate of the members of the Board of Directors appointed by OGMS Resolution no. 4/18.08.2023 (date of beginning of the mandate 14.11.2025; date of the mandate termination: 21.08.2027).
