Training a specialist in the oil field involves many years of study, practical training, experience and passion. CONPET S.A. has adopted a policy of selection and hiring the most promising youngsters elected from amongs the students of the Oil & Gas University of Ploiesti for training stages within the company, before becoming permanent employees.
The human resources policy targets, at the same time, the training and professional development of the existing personnel, in new or traditional areas of the company’s business.
CONPET S.A. Code of Conduct
For CONPET S.A. employees, being an oilman means pride and responsibility, and one of the key competitive edges of the company resides in its united and experienced personnel. The relations between the managers and the other employees are statuted by the Organizational and Operational Guidelines, the Collective Labour Agreement and the Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct explicitly sets out the Company’s expectancies and boosts the brand values among its own employees: integrity, competency, commitment.
